Your corner of the world.

Sun Up Saloon started as a simple idea: Thorp deserved a place that felt like home. Not a chain, not a trend — just a room with good people, cold drinks, and food made with care.

We pour our energy into the small things: a well-cut lime, a properly pulled pint, a booth that's always clean. It's the details that turn a stop into a ritual.
